Assertiveness Skills

Being Responsible and dealing with the Communication Stress

INTRODUCTION
Often we are unassertive merely because we think that it is wrong to be assertive. Developing Assertiveness Skills means more than just learning to talk differently. Being Assertive requires Thinking assertively, Feeling Confident and Behaving Positively. It means creating success and making things happen in your life. Assertive people are effective, vital and valued by others.
